Show Notes

Welcome to the BAD Podcast with Brad and Dawain, where we talk about everything that’s holding you back from reaching your full potential. Today’s topic is “Stop lying to yourself.” We all make mistakes in life, and it’s natural to want to protect ourselves by fabricating stories or blaming others. However, this behavior only hinders our personal growth and keeps us stuck in the same place.

It’s time to take responsibility for our actions and stop playing the victim card. We need to be honest with ourselves and face the truth, even if it’s uncomfortable. We can’t keep telling ourselves that everything will be okay, and we have time to fix our mistakes because time is ticking.

If we want to take the next step in life and achieve our goals, we need to level up and take our future seriously. It’s time to stop lying to ourselves and start making the necessary changes to improve our lives. So, let’s take a deep breath, be honest with ourselves, and take the first step towards a better future.
