▪️ A lot of people say they want to do something to change their life but when they’re challenged, they turn to their feelings.
▪️We have to stop turning to feelings when it comes to improving life.
▪️Turn to these 3 principles.
1. Discipline
2. Environment
3. Patience
▪️Be disciplined enough to come back for one more day.
▪️Challenge yourself today so you’re not challenged when you’re old and you can’t fight like you can today.
▪️We need coaches, not cheerleaders.
▪️Too many of us have people that will support us no matter what we do.
▪️Get people in your life that will challenge you and hold you accountable for the overall improvement of your life.
▪️Embrace that the work you put in today isn’t for today.
▪️The day you work the hardest will produce benefits but not today.
