“Mile Markers & Micro Wins”
▪️We too often place too much focus on the big wins.
▪️We need to start shifting our focus and appreciate the micro wins.
▪️I call these mile markers. ▪️I relate any journey of growth to traveling.
▪️Along the way, we pass several mile markers. They’re boring, but they’re necessary.
▪️These mile markers will lead us to milestones and our ultimate destination or goal.
▪️Without passing these milestones, however, we wouldn’t be able to find where we’re going, nor would we be able to measure our journey.
▪️Appreciate and focus on the micro wins and milestones.
▪️Then and only then will you reach your great destination.
